The Zero Change Order Philosophy
BRI utilizes a rigorous pricing and pre-construction process to ensure our clients are receiving the most thorough and accurate budgets for every project. When pricing any project, BRI adds an extra layer of protection against change orders for all of our projects with a contingency. At the end of our projects, any remaining balance on this contingency is given back to the client.
Thorough Estimating
BRI's estimating process ensures our clients are receiving a price to get the product they want. Every price BRI provides includes, but is not limited to:
Thorough survey of site
At least one site visit alongside our subcontractors
Consistent communication with the architect and client to ensure proper scope
Extensive breakouts for all trades
Additional Protection
After rigorously pricing the project, BRI continues to ensure our client is protected from unexpected price increases and change order fees. A contingency is placed in all of our contracts to cover any material changes, unexpected challenges, and scope changes. Any leftover contingency is credited to our clients upon project completion.
